Purchase Cycle :
In this software,Purchase cycle starts with creating the purchase order.By clicking the "Inventory Vouchers" tab.
Customer will receive the receipt from the supplier along with the goods.
After receiving the goods customer will make the payment to the customer.
If customer notice the any damage happen to the goods while transportation.He/she will return the goods to the supplier or make a request for the replacement of goods or place a credit memo request to the supplier.
Customer will note the invoice details of the received products in his/her database based on receiving goods.
After receiving the invoice form the customer will make the payment to the supplier.
Advantages :
Tally 9 software provides the export option.
Disadvantages :
Pre purchase request phase is not provided in the Tally 9 software.
Tally 9 software will not provide the step by step procedure for purchase cycle.
