Purchase Cycle in Peachtree Software :
- Pre-purchase request phase is not available in peachtree software.
- Directly customer will create the purchase order.
- Create the invoice / bill for purchase order.
- By clicking the "Pay bills " tab customer will pay the money to supplier for his purchase order .
- If customer want to return the products or damaged items. At that time customer make the credit memo request to supplier then supplier will return the money / replaced products.
